1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "you", "your") and paktoto ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") operating at paktoto.cam. This Agreement governs your access to, registration on and use of all services, content, features, games and payment functionality provided through the paktoto website.

By creating a paktoto account, accessing any page of the platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the paktoto platform.

2 Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below throughout this Agreement and all related paktoto documentation.

3 Account Eligibility

Access to and use of paktoto is subject to the following eligibility requirements. paktoto reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any stage and to suspend or close any account that does not satisfy these criteria.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account or use any paktoto service. Casino-style gambling activities on paktoto are strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Any attempt to register using false date-of-birth information will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of paktoto is lawful in your jurisdiction. paktoto does not represent that its services are available or appropriate for use in every location.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered paktoto account. Duplicate accounts, accounts created on behalf of another person and accounts sharing payment credentials with an existing account are all prohibited.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally prohibited from engaging in gambling activities in their jurisdiction are ineligible.
• Self-exclusion status: Individuals who have activated a paktoto self-exclusion or who are registered with an applicable self-exclusion scheme are not eligible to create or use a paktoto account during their exclusion period.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money features on paktoto, you must complete the account registration process and, where required, the KYC verification procedure. The following obligations apply from the moment of registration.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify paktoto immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• paktoto may require you to submit identity documents, proof of address (such as a utility bill issued within the past three months) and proof of payment method ownership as part of the KYC process before deposits, withdrawals or continued play are permitted.
• Acceptable Malaysian identity documents include a valid MyKad, Malaysian driving licence or valid passport. These must be current and clearly legible.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from paktoto may result in account suspension and restriction of payment functions.

5 Terms of Use

By using paktoto, you agree to the following conditions of use, which apply to all aspects of the platform including games, sports markets, payment features and support channels.

1. You will use paktoto solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, fraudulent or money-laundering purpose.
2. You will not use automated systems, bots, scripts or any software designed to interact with the paktoto platform in an unauthorised manner.
3. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited. paktoto does not guarantee any return on play or represent gambling as a reliable source of income.
4. You agree that game outcomes on paktoto are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer processes as applicable and that paktoto does not manipulate results in its favour.
5. You will not exploit any technical error, pricing mistake or system malfunction to gain an unfair advantage. Any funds obtained through exploitation of errors may be voided.
6. paktoto reserves the right to void any wager or transaction that results from a system error, pricing error or data feed interruption, and to correct account balances accordingly.
7. Content on the paktoto platform is provided in English. Malaysian users are the intended audience for all guides, policies and communications.

6 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on paktoto are denominated in MYR. The following conditions apply to all deposits made to a paktoto account.

• Deposits must be made from payment methods held in your own name. Using a payment method registered to another person is prohibited.
• Supported Malaysian payment routes may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX and direct bank transfers through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong, subject to current availability and your account status.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and may change without prior notice. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit.
• paktoto does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank, e-wallet provider or payment partner may apply their own charges, for which paktoto bears no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in MYR following successful processing by the relevant payment partner. Processing delays attributable to third-party providers are outside paktoto's direct control.
• paktoto may request source-of-funds documentation in connection with large or unusual deposits as part of its anti-fraud and compliance obligations.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions. Processing times are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by KYC status, payment-partner maintenance windows and compliance reviews.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the method used for deposits where reasonably practicable.
• Account KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal functionality restricted.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before the relevant balance becomes withdrawable.
• Target processing times are: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire within 15–60 minutes. These are estimates only.
• Withdrawal requests exceeding standard thresholds may be subject to additional review and may take longer to process.
• paktoto reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, policy violations or unresolved bonus conditions.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is displayed in the payment section of your account at the time of request.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

paktoto may offer bonuses, promotions and loyalty rewards from time to time. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms, which are published at the time of the promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonus activity.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion and may include account tier, deposit history, verification status and geographic factors.
• Bonus funds are distinct from real-money balance. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify a multiplier of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) that must be staked on eligible games before the associated funds become withdrawable.
• Birthday bonus rewards — such as the tier-based illustration of Bronze MYR 188 through VIP MYR 2,688 — are subject to current campaign terms, tier eligibility verification and KYC completion at the time of claim.
• Referral rewards are payable only after the referred player has completed registration, passed KYC and met any qualifying deposit requirement specified in the current referral campaign terms.
• paktoto reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and to void bonus funds where abuse, collusion or breach of terms is identified.
• Players may not hold more than one instance of the same bonus type simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on paktoto and will result in immediate account action up to and including permanent closure.

• Creating, operating or accessing more than one paktoto account.
• Providing false identity, age or personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform for any money-laundering, fraud, financial crime or other illegal purpose.
• Sharing account credentials with any other person or allowing any third party to use your account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape or otherwise gain unauthorised access to paktoto systems.
• Using automated tools, bots or artificial intelligence to interact with games or sports betting markets outside normal player behaviour.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or other strategies that exploit promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing paktoto support staff or other users.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal activity.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the paktoto platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, design elements, software and structural layout — is the intellectual property of paktoto or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use paktoto solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any paktoto content without prior written consent.

The paktoto name, logo and associated brand marks are proprietary. Unauthorised use of paktoto branding in any context is prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, paktoto disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform, its availability, accuracy of information and fitness for any particular purpose.

• paktoto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• paktoto does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or third-party service outages may temporarily affect platform availability.
• paktoto is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of betting decisions made by you, regardless of the outcome of any game or event.
• paktoto's aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made to that user's account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12 Responsible Gambling

paktoto is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment for all eligible users. The following principles and tools form part of this Agreement.

• paktoto casino-style gambling services are exclusively for players aged 21 and above. This age restriction is enforced through the registration and KYC process.
• paktoto provides self-limit tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and cooling-off periods. These tools are accessible through the account settings area.

13 Account Termination

Either party may terminate a paktoto account in accordance with the following provisions.

• User-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting paktoto support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining after satisfying applicable wagering requirements will be returned to a verified payment method in your name, subject to identity verification.
• paktoto-initiated closure: paktoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of this Agreement, associated with fraudulent activity or otherwise contrary to the platform's operational policies. In such cases, paktoto may withhold funds pending investigation.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts showing no login activity for an extended period may be subject to dormancy handling procedures as communicated to the account holder's registered email address in advance.
• Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of closure.

14 Amendments

paktoto reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the paktoto Terms & Conditions page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, paktoto will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users.

Your continued use of paktoto following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure.

15 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute arising from or in connection with it shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable legal framework relevant to paktoto's operational jurisdiction. Users are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with the laws of their local jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits paktoto's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court in respect of any actual or threatened breach of this Agreement.
